1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver across Peninsular and East Malaysia. Message us your delivery address on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability and fees for your area before you order.

2. Delivery fees

Sabah & Sarawak	[Insert fee, e.g. RM15–RM25]

The free 10g trial sample follows the same delivery fee as above — the product itself is free, you only cover delivery.

3. Order processing time

Orders are typically packed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days of confirmation on WhatsApp.

4. Estimated delivery time

Klang Valley: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Rest of Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.

5. Tracking your order

We'll send your tracking number via WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

6. Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
